Welcome to Quílo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quílo website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Quílo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Quílo

Quílo is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that helps users transform audio, video, and YouTube content into written content such as blog posts, LinkedIn posts, X (Twitter) threads, Reddit posts, and other supported formats.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quílo.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit to Quílo.

By using the Service, you grant Quílo a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Quílo does not claim ownership of your content.

5. AI-Generated Content

Quílo uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate content.

AI-generated outputs may:

  • contain inaccuracies,
  • omit important information,
  • require human review,
  • produce similar results for different users.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Quílo does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quílo to:

  • Upload illegal or infringing content.
  • Violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • Generate spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
  • Distribute malware or malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscription & Billing

Some features of Quílo require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal provided by our payment processor.
  • Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

8. Free Plan

The Free plan may include limitations such as:

  • Monthly upload limits
  • Limited features
  • Restricted AI capabilities

These limits may change over time.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance,
  • third-party outages,
  • infrastructure failures,
  • security incidents,
  • circumstances beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Services

Quílo relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • AI providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Authentication providers
  • Payment processors

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The Quílo name, branding, website, software, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of Quílo.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using Quílo at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated,
  • fraudulent activity is detected,
  • the Service is abused,
  • required by law.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quílo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quílo shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • consequential damages,
  • loss of profits,
  • loss of business,
  • loss of data,
  • interruptions of service,
  • reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Quílo during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
